Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Education Law dated June 14, 2005;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training at Official Letter No. 11275/BGD&ĐT-ĐH&SĐH dated October 9, 2006, regarding the assignment of the task of training master's degree students to the University of Labor Relations.

Article 1. Assign the task of training master's degree students to the University of Labor Relations.
Article 2. The Ministry of Education and Training shall examine and specify the specific majors for training for the University of Labor Relations.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 4. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and the Rector of the University of Labor Relations are responsible for implementing this Decision.
