Pursuant to the Law Local administrative organization on March 19 the 2015;

Based on the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on the Organization of the Government and the Law on the Organizationof Local Administrative Bodies dated November 22, 2019; Decree No. 8/2016/NĐ-CP dated January 25, 2016,

Decree No. and Decree No. 115/2021 Government /NĐ-CP dated December 16, 2021,amending and supplementing the certain provisions of Decree No. Government dated January 25, certainNo. 2016 specifying the number of Deputy Chairmen and Decree of the People's Committees and maintainingamendthe procedures for election, resignation, dismissal, removal, transfer, and disciplinary action against members of the People's Committees;the proposal of the Standing Committee of the Quang Binh Provincial People's Council in Report No. 41/TTr-HĐND dated March 15,2024 and

Code: QTKĐ 05:2016/BQP.on the proposal of the Minister of Home Affairs in Report No.103/TTr-BNV dated March 21, 2024, the RESOLVES:on Approving the election results for the position of Deputy Chairman of the Quang Binh Provincial People's Committee for the term 2021-2026 for Mr. Hoang Xuan Tan, member of the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Chairman of the Quang Binh Provincial People's Council. The Ministry of Home Affairs, the Quang Binh Provincial People's Council, the Quang Binh Provincial People's Committee, and Mr. Hoang Xuan Tan are responsible for implementing this Decision.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance.

Article 3. issues this Circular detailing the activities and work relationships of Medical Expert Boards at all levels.Minister of Home Affairs, People's Council, of the National Assembly; People's Committee of Quang Binh Province and Mr. Hoang Xuan Tan are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
