Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; Decree No. 75/2009/ND-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2010/NĐ-CP dated June 8, 2010 of the Government on administrative procedure control;
Pursuant to Decision No. 34/2011/QD-TTg dated June 24, 2011 of the Prime Minister amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decision No. 186/2006/QD-TTg dated August 14, 2006 of the Prime Minister on promulgating the Forest Management Regulation;
Pursuant to Circular No. 25/2011/TT-BNNPTNT dated April 6, 2011 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development amending, supplementing, and abolishing certain provisions on administrative procedures in the field of forest protection and development; Circular No. 35/2011/TT-BNNPTNT dated May 20, 2011 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development guiding the implementation of wood harvesting and non-timber forest product extraction according to Resolution No. 57/NQ-CP dated December 15, 2010 of the Government;
Considering the proposal of the General Director of the Forestry General Department and the Head of the Ministry's Office,
DECISION:
Article 1. Announced along with this Decision: 04 newly issued administrative procedures; 37 amended and supplemented administrative procedures; 26 replaced administrative procedures; 19 abolished administrative procedures within the scope of management functions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (details of the names and contents of the administrative procedures are attached in tables and files)
Article 2. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director General of the Forest Management Department, the Heads of all Departments, Bureaus, and related units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
