On the basis of the Customs Law dated June 29, 2001;
On the basis of Decree No. 77/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
On the basis of Decision No. 149/2005/QD dated June 20, 2005 of the Prime Minister on the implementation of pilot customs electronic procedures;
Considering the proposal of the Director General of the General Department of Customs.

Article 1. Abolish the second basis: "- On the basis of the Law amending and supplementing certain articles of the Customs Law in 2005" at Decision No. 50/2005/QD-BTC dated July 19, 2005 of the Minister of Finance.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signature. The Director General of the General Department of Customs, Heads of units under the Ministry of Finance, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
