DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE ON THE RECLASSIFICATION OF SALARIES FOR CIVIL SERVANTS AND CIVILIAN STAFF UNDER THE INVESTMENT DEVELOPMENT GENERAL DEPARTMENT
- Based on Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
- Based on Decree No. 178/CP dated October 28, 1994 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
- Based on Decree No. 25/CP dated May 23, 1993 of the Government temporarily regulating the new salary system for civil servants, administrative civilian staff, and armed forces;
- Based on Decision No. 654/TTg dated November 8, 1994 of the Prime Minister on the implementation of the task of disbursing and providing preferential loans for state investment development at the Ministry of Finance;
- Based on Circular No. 498 CB/TCCP dated October 19, 1993 of the Government Personnel Organization Board on temporarily delegating the authority to decide salaries for civil servants and civilian staff;

Article 1: - Reclassify the salaries for 30 civil servants and civilian staff under the Office of the Investment Development General Department (attached list).
The effective date of the new salary is from January 1, 1995.
