Regarding the establishment of Lang The Vinh Private University
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decision No. 47/2001/QĐ-TTg dated April 4, 2001 of the Prime Minister approving the planning of the network of universities and colleges for the period 2001-2010;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training in Circular No. 11318/TCCB dated November 19, 2003 regarding the establishment of Lang The Vinh Private University,
DECISION
Article 1. Establish Lang The Vinh Private University.
Article 2. Lang The Vinh Private University is a higher education institution operating under the Regulations on Private Universities issued together with Decision No. 86/2000/QĐ-TTg dated July 18, 2000 of the Prime Minister. The university's headquarters is located in Nam Dinh City, Nam Dinh Province.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 4. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, Chairmen of provincial People's Committees under the central government are responsible for implementing this Decision.
