REGARDING THE APPOINTMENT OF LEADERSHIP LEVELS UNDER THE INVESTMENT DEVELOPMENT GENERAL DEPARTMENT

DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE

Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

BASED ON DECREE NO. 178/CP DATED OCTOBER 28, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;

Pursuant to Decree No. 187/CP dated December 10, 1994 of the Government on tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the General Department of Investment Development under the Ministry of Finance;

Pursuant to Decision No. 158TC/QD/TCCB dated December 24, 1994 of the Vietnam Investment Development Bank on the transfer of cadres;

Considering the work requirements and the capabilities of the staff;

At the proposal of the General Director of the Investment Development General Department, the Director of the Cadre Organization and Training Department;

After obtaining the consensus of the Party Committee's Standing Committee of the Ministry;

DECISION:

Article 1: To accept and appoint Mr. Nguyen Van Cuong - Senior Specialist in charge of the Economic and Technical Appraisal Room of the Vietnam Investment Development Bank to the position of Deputy General Director for Planning and Synthesis under the Investment Development General Department.

Article 2: Mr. Nguyen Van Cuong shall temporarily enjoy a position allowance coefficient of 0.70.

Article 3: This Decision takes effect from the date of signature. The Directors of the Cadre Organization and Training Department, the General Director of the Investment Development General Department, the Director of the Finance and Administration Department, the Head of the Ministry's Office, and Mr. Nguyen Van Cuong are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
