Regarding the transfer of the Cam Pha Mechanical Power Company to become
a subsidiary unit of the Vietnam Coal Corporation
THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decree No. 50/CP dated August 28, 1996 of the Government on the establishment, restructuring, dissolution, and bankruptcy of state-owned enterprises;
Pursuant to Decision No. 67/2001/QĐ-TTg dated April 27, 2001 of the Government Chairman on the merger of Vietnam Mechanical Energy and Mining Corporation into Vietnam Coal Corporation;
At the proposal of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Coal Corporation (Petition No. 1123/TT-HĐQT dated May 15, 2001) and the Director of the Personnel and Organization Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Retaining its name and transferring the Cam Pha Mechanical Power Company, an independent accounting subsidiary unit of the Vietnam Mechanical Energy and Mining Corporation, to become an independent accounting subsidiary unit of the Vietnam Coal Corporation.
Article 2. The General Director of the Vietnam Coal Corporation shall be responsible for directing the Cam Pha Mechanical Power Company to complete all necessary procedures to ensure normal operations according to the Charter of the Vietnam Coal Corporation, current regulations of the State, and the Charter of the Company approved by the Board of Directors of the Vietnam Coal Corporation.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of signature. All previous documents that conflict with this Decision are hereby abolished..
The Head of the Ministry’s Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Heads of Departments, the Directors of Bureaus, the Chairman of the Board of Management, the General Director of the Vietnam Coal Corporation, and the Director of the Cam Pha Mechanical Power Company are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
