REGARDING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT UNDER THE INSTITUTE OF WATER RESOURCES PLANNING

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 73/CP DATED NOVEMBER 1, 1995 ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;
BASED ON THE DECISION NO. 36 QĐ/TCCB DATED APRIL 17, 1995 OF THE MINISTER OF WATER RESOURCES (NOW THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT) ON TRANSFORMING THE INSTITUTE OF WATER MANAGEMENT AND WATER CONTROL INTO THE INSTITUTE OF WATER RESOURCES PLANNING;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSALS OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE INSTITUTE OF WATER RESOURCES PLANNING, THE HEAD OF THE FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT, AND THE HEAD OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT.
DECISION:
Article 1. THE FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT IS ESTABLISHED UNDER THE INSTITUTE OF WATER RESOURCES PLANNING. THE DEPARTMENT SHALL HAVE A DEPARTMENT HEAD AND AN ASSISTANT DEPARTMENT HEAD.
THE DIRECTOR OF THE INSTITUTE OF WATER RESOURCES PLANNING SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DEFINING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, STAFFING LEVELS, AND PROCEDURES FOR APPOINTING (REMOVING) THE DEPARTMENT HEAD AND ASSISTANT DEPARTMENT HEAD OF THE FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH CURRENT REGULATIONS OF THE MINISTRY.
Article 2. THE CHIEF OF THE OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT, THE HEADS OF THE MINISTRY'S AFFILIATED BUREAUS, AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE INSTITUTE OF WATER RESOURCES PLANNING ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS DATE OF ISSUANCE./.
