THE MINISTER OF POST AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS

Pursuant to Decree No. 90/2002/ND-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications.

Pursuant to Decision No. 99/1998/QD-TTg dated May 26, 1998 of the Prime Minister on price and postal and telecommunications tariff management;

Pursuant to the Prime Minister's opinion on price and postal and telecommunications tariff management as stated in Circular No. 4953/VPCP-KTTH dated October 19, 2001 of the Government Office;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Planning and Finance,

Article 1. Now hereby issuing with this Decision the international telecommunication channel rental service tariff table.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from January 1, 2003 and replaces Decision No. 477/2002/QD-TCBD dated June 13, 2002 of the Director-General of the General Department of Posts and Telecommunications regarding the issuance of the international telecommunication channel rental service tariff table.

Article 3. The Heads of the Office, the Heads of the Planning and Finance Department, the Heads of units under the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications; the General Directors, Directors of enterprises providing channel rental services, and the Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision.
