dairy cattle farming in Vietnam during the period 2001-2010

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Considering the proposals of the People's Committees of the provinces: Bà Rịa-Vũng Tàu (Circular No. 15/UB-VP dated January 2, 2002), Đồng Tháp (Circular No. 08/UB-NN.PTNT dated January 22, 2002),
DECISION:
Article 1. Supplementing the provinces of Bà Rịa - Vũng Tàu and Đồng Tháp into Article 2 Clause 1 of Decision No. 167/2001/QĐ-TTg dated October 26, 2001 of the Government on certain measures and policies for developing dairy cattle farming in Vietnam during the period 2001-2010.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 3. The Ministers of Agriculture and Rural Development, Planning and Investment, Industry, Finance, Trade, Science, Technology and Environment, the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam, the Director General of the Land Administration General Department, the General Director of the Development Support Fund, and the Chairpersons of the People's Committees of the provinces: Bà Rịa - Vũng Tàu and Đồng Tháp are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
