DECISION
Regarding the issuance of Financial Regulations on the management and use
of the Fund for Supporting Labor Export
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to Decree No. 81/2003/ND-CP dated July 17, 2003 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of the Labor Code regarding Vietnamese workers abroad;
Pursuant to Decision No. 163/2004/QD-TTg dated September 9, 2004 of the Government on the establishment, management, and use of the Fund for Supporting Labor Export;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Foreign Finance.
DECISION:
Article 1. The Financial Regulations on the management and use of the Fund for Supporting Labor Export are hereby promulgated along with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and Directors of the Management Board of the Fund for Supporting Labor Export are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
