THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION

On the basis of Decree No. 36/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;

CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE HEAD OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT;

DECISION:

Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION IS ONE VIETNAMESE CONSTRUCTION STANDARD:

TCXDVN 175:2005 "Mức ồn tối đa cho phép trong công trình công cộng - Tiêu chuẩn thiết kế". ||| TCVN 175:2005 "Maximum noise level permitted in public buildings - Design standard".

Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.

Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, Directors of the Department of Science and Technology, and Heads of relevant units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
