Decision No. 26/2006/QD-BTC on amending the State Budget Structure

Pursuant to the State Budget Law dated December 16, 2002;

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the State Budget Department;

 DECISION

Article 1. Abolish the clauses reflecting national target programs and projects issued pursuant to the Decisions of the Minister of Finance on the issuance, supplementation, and amendment of the State budget structure: Decision No. 280-TC/QĐ/NSNN dated April 15, 1997, Decision No. 156/2002/QĐ-BTC dated December 20, 2002, Decision No. 26/2004/QĐ-BTC dated March 18, 2004, Decision No. 23/2005/QĐ-BTC dated April 15, 2005, Decision No. 70/2005/QĐ-BTC dated October 19, 2005, and Decision No. 01/2006/QĐ-BTC dated January 5, 2006; Circulars of the Ministry of Finance guiding, supplementing, and amending the State budget structure: Circular No. 156/1998/TT-BTC dated December 12, 1998, Circular No. 60/1999/TT-BTC dated June 1, 1999, Circular No. 67/2000/TT-BTC dated July 13, 2000, and Circular No. 67/TT-BTC dated August 22, 2001, attached to this Decision.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. Agencies under the National Assembly, central agencies of social organizations, Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government, and People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities shall be responsible for directing, implementing, and guiding subordinate units to implement this Decision.

Article 3. The Director of the State Budget Department, the Head of the Ministry of Finance’s Office, and the Heads of units under and affiliated with the Ministry of Finance shall be responsible for guiding and organizing the implementation of this Decision./.
