On the basis of the Law on Issuing Regulatory Legal Documents dated November 12, 1996; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Issuing Regulatory Legal Documents dated December 16, 2002;
On the basis of Decree No. 161/2005/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Issuing Regulatory Legal Documents and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Issuing Regulatory Legal Documents;
On the basis of Decree No. 43/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 2, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Aquatic Resources;
At the request of the Director of the Legal Department,
DECISION:
Article 1.The attached to this Decision is the "Regulation on the formulation, promulgation, and implementation of regulatory legal documents."
12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentThis Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3.The Director of the Office, Heads of Departments, Inspectorates of the Ministry are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
