Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department;
Issued herewith with this Decision is 01 Vietnamese Construction Technical Code:
DECISION:
Article 1. TCXDVN 374 : 2006 "Ready-mixed concrete mixture - Basic requirements for quality assessment and acceptance".
The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Science and Technology Department, and the Heads of relevant units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
