Issuing the "Regulation on Civil Aviation Search and Rescue"

Pursuant to the Civil Aviation Law of Vietnam dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport.
stipulating on air cargo transportation and common aviation activities (hereinafter referred to as Circular No. 81/2014/TT-BGTVT dated December 30, 2014), Circular No. 14/2015/TT-BGTVT dated April 27, 2015 issued by the Minister of Transport
DECISION:
Article 1. The "Regulation on Civil Aviation Search and Rescue" is hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Repeal Decision No. 05/2004/QĐ-BGTVT dated April 6, 2004 of the Minister of Transport on issuing the "Regulation on Civil Aviation Search and Rescue in Vietnam".
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Inspectorate, the Departments, the Director of the Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam, the Heads of agencies, units, and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Decision.
