MINISTRY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY

Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;

On the basis of Decree No. 54/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 19, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and Decree No. 28/2004/NĐ-CP dated January 16, 2004 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 54/2003/NĐ-CP;

Based on Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions

Considering the proposal of the Director General of the Standardization, Metrology and Quality Control Department;

DECISION:

Article 1. Issued together with this Decision are the "Regulations on the organization and operation of Accreditation Organizations."

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. The Director of the Organization and Cadre Affairs Department, the Director General of the Standardization, Metrology and Quality Control Department, and the Heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
