THE MINISTER OF LABOR, INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS
Pursuant to the Vocational Training Law dated November 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2003/NĐ-CP dated March 31, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs;
Upon the proposal of the General Director of the Vocational Training Administration,
DECISION:
Article 1The Student Management Regulations in Regular Vocational Training Institutions are hereby promulgated together with this Decision.
Article 2This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of central agencies of political-social organizations having vocational training institutions; Chairpersons of Provincial People's Committees and Municipal People's Committees under the Central Government; Director of the Ministry's Office, General Directors of the Vocational Training General Department; Principals and Directors of vocational training institutions, Heads of agencies and units related thereto are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
