DECISION

On the Abolition of Legal Normative Documents

THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION

- Pursuant to Law No. 01/1997/QHIX dated January 1, 1997 on the Issuance of Legal Normative Documents and Law No. 02/2002/QH11 dated December 27, 2002 amending and supplementing certain provisions of the Law on the Issuance of Legal Normative Documents;

- Pursuant to Decree No. 161/2005/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on the Issuance of Legal Normative Documents and the Law amending and supplementing certain provisions of the Law on the Issuance of Legal Normative Documents;

- Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;

- Pursuant to Decree No. 99/2007/NĐ-CP dated June 13, 2007 of the Government on the management of construction project investment costs;

Upon the proposal of the Director of the Department of Economic Finance, the Director of the Institute of Construction Economics, and the Director of the Legal Affairs Department,

DECIDES:

Article 1. To abolish legal normative documents issued by the Ministry of Construction listed in the appendix to this Decision for implementation according to Decree No. 99/2007/NĐ-CP dated June 13, 2007 of the Government on "the management of construction project investment costs" and related guiding documents.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, governmental agencies, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
