Pursuant to Decree No. 189/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;

Pursuant to Resolution No. 61/2007/NQ-CP dated December 7, 2007 of the Government on continuing the implementation of Directive No. 32-CT/TW dated December 9, 2003 of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (Term IX) on strengthening the leadership of the Party in popularizing and educating the law, enhancing the awareness of law observance among cadres and people;
Pursuant to Decision No. 37/2008/QĐ-TTg dated March 12, 2008 of the Prime Minister approving the Popularization and Legal Education Program from 2008 to 2012
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Legal Affairs,.
This Decision promulgates the Popularization and Legal Education Program of the Ministry of Industry and Trade from 2008 to 2012 attached hereto.
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 2. The Heads of the Office of the Ministry, the Inspectorate of the Ministry, the Directors of Departments, the Heads of Bureaus, and the Heads of subordinate agencies and units of the Ministry are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
