Regarding the issuance of traditional medical procedures

THE MINISTER OF HEALTH
Pursuant to Decree No. 188/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Traditional Medicine - Ministry of Health,
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision promulgates 94 traditional medical procedures (Attached is a list).
Article 2. The traditional medical procedures are applicable to state-owned, private healthcare facilities, and foreign-invested healthcare facilities in Vietnam.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 4. Directors: Director of the Department of Traditional Medicine, Director of the Ministry's Office, Inspector General of the Ministry, Heads of Departments, Directors of Bureaus under the Ministry of Health, Directors of hospitals and institutes with hospital beds under the Ministry of Health, Directors of Provincial and Central City Health Services, and Heads of health sectors are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
