The Prime Minister issues this Decision to amend the appendix specifying the average incubation period and the period without detection of additional cases of infectious disease as the basis for declaring the end of an infectious disease outbreak issued together with Decision No. 02/2016/QĐ-TTg dated January 28, 2016 on conditions for declaring an epidemic and declaring the end of an infectious disease outbreak:
Article 1. Amend the appendix specifying the average incubation period and the period without detection of additional cases of infectious disease as the basis for declaring the end of an infectious disease outbreak issued together with Decision No. 02/2016/QĐ-TTg dated January 28, 2016.
Add a group, average incubation period, and period without detection of additional new cases of infection for COVID-19
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated June 19, 2015; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Organization of the Government and the Law on Organization of Local Administration dated November 22, 2019;
Based on the Law on Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases dated November 21, 2007;
At the proposal of the Minister of Health;
(previously known as acute respiratory disease caused by a new strain of coronavirus)
in the appendix specifying the average incubation period and the period without detection of additional cases of infectious disease as the basis for declaring the end of an infectious disease outbreak issued together with Decision No. 02/2016/QĐ-TTg dated January 28, 2016.
1. This Decision takes effect from October 20, 2023. 2. Decision No. 07/2020/QĐ-TTg dated February 26, 2020 amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decision No. 02/2016/QĐ-TTg dated January 28, 2016 of Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
