Pursuant to Decree No. 75/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Planning and Investment;

Pursuant to Decree No. 51/ND-CP dated July 8, 1999 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Law on Encouraging Domestic Investment;

Pursuant to Document No. 429/CP-DMDN dated April 22, 2002 of the Prime Minister regarding the delegation of authority to publish the list of industries and trades for foreigners to purchase shares in non-state enterprises.

Article 1: Now hereby issuing with this Decision the List specifying the industries and trades for foreigners to be permitted to purchase shares up to a maximum of 30% of the registered capital in non-state enterprises in Vietnam.

INDUSTRIES AND TRADES PERMITTED FOR FOREIGNERS TO PURCHASE SHARES IN NON-STATE ENTERPRISES OF VIETNAM
