REGARDING THE WITHDRAWAL OF VIETNAMESE CITIZENSHIP
PRESIDENT OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Article 103 and Article 106 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 1992, as amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 51/2001/QH10 dated December 15, 2001 of the Tenth National Assembly, tenth session;
Pursuant to the Law on Vietnamese Citizenship 1998;
Considering the proposal of the Government at the Report No. 03/CP-XDPL dated January 9, 2006,
DECISION:
Article 1. Withdraw Vietnamese citizenship from: eighty-seven citizens currently residing in the Republic of Korea; six hundred sixty-six citizens currently residing in the Federal Republic of Germany; twenty-eight citizens currently residing in the Republic of Austria; eight citizens currently residing in the Republic of Poland; one citizen currently residing in the Kingdom of Sweden; eleven citizens currently residing in the Kingdom of Denmark; two citizens currently residing in the Czech Republic; thirty-nine citizens currently residing in the Lao People's Democratic Republic; one citizen currently residing in the Republic of Bulgaria (listed in the attached list).
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
The Prime Minister, the Minister of Justice, the Director of the President's Office, and the citizens named in the list mentioned in Article 1 are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
