Regarding the establishment of the Management Board for Industrial Zones of Bac Giang Province
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 36/CP dated April 24, 1997 of the Government promulgating the Regulations on industrial zones, export processing zones, and high-tech parks;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Giang Province at Document No. 59/TTr-UB dated November 4, 2003, and the Minister of Home Affairs at Document No. 2694/TTr-BNV dated November 17, 2003,

Article 1. Establish the Management Board for Industrial Zones of Bac Giang Province under the Bac Giang Provincial People's Committee to manage industrial zones within the territory of Bac Giang Province.
The Management Board for Industrial Zones of Bac Giang Province shall be responsible for performing tasks and exercising powers related to managing industrial zones as stipulated in Article 27 of the Regulation on Industrial Zones, Export Processing Zones, and High-Tech Zones issued together with Decree No. 36 dated April 24, 1997 of the Government. The Management Board for Industrial Zones of Bac Giang Province shall have legal personality, bank accounts, and seals bearing the national emblem. The staffing and operating funds of the Management Board shall be included in the state budget allocated to Bac Giang Province.
Article 2. The Management Board for Industrial Zones of Bac Giang Province shall have a Director appointed by the Prime Minister; several Deputy Directors and several members appointed by the Chairman of the Bac Giang Provincial People's Committee.
The Management Board for Industrial Zones of Bac Giang Province shall have an organizational structure as provided for in Article 28 of the Regulation on Industrial Zones, Export Processing Zones, and High-Tech Zones issued together with Decree No. 36/CP dated April 24, 1997 of the Government.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 4. The Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of government agencies, the Chairman of the Bac Giang Provincial People's Committee, and the Director of the Management Board for Industrial Zones of Bac Giang Province are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
