Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to Decision No. 235/1999/QĐ-TTg dated December 23, 1999 on the establishment of the Steering Committee for the campaign "All People United for Cultural Life Construction";
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Culture and Information, the Director of the Steering Committee for the campaign "All People United for Cultural Life Construction", as stated in Circular No. 33/TTr-BVHTT dated March 10, 2000.
DECISION:
Article 1. Appointing Comrade Ha Quang Du, Minister and Chairman of the Sports Committee, as Deputy Director of the Steering Committee for the campaign "All People United for Cultural Life Construction".
Article 2. The Minister of Culture and Information, members of the Steering Committee for the campaign "All People United for Cultural Life Construction", and Comrade Ha Quang Du are responsible for implementing this Decision.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance./.
