On the basis of Article 88 and Article 91 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;

Pursuant to the Law on Vietnamese Citizenship 2008;

Considering the proposal of the Government at the Report No. 19/TT-CP dated January 23, 2015,

DECISION:

Article 1. Withdraws Vietnamese citizenship from two citizens currently residing in Japan (with attached list).

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.

The Prime Minister, the Minister of Justice, the Director of the President's Office, and the citizens named in the list are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
