Considering the proposal of the State Bank of Vietnam in Document No. 12/TTr-NHNN dated February 4, 2010; and the proposal of the Ministry of Home Affairs in Document No. 450/TTr-BNV dated February 11, 2010,

Article 1. Reappoint Mr. Tran Minh Tuan to the position of Deputy Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
