DECREE-LAW
NO. 263/SL DATED November 28, 1948
CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 198-SL dated June 13, 1948, which established procedures for setting up resistance administrative units or modifying the boundaries of such units.
At the proposal of the Supreme National Defense Council,
After the Government Council has resolved and the Standing Committee of the National Assembly has agreed,
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-LAW:
Article 1
The Gia Lam District (including the city) in Bac Ninh Province, Region 1, is now merged into Hung Yen Province, Region 3 in all respects.
Article 2
The Supreme National Defense Council shall enforce this Decree-Law accordingly.
