OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
NUMBER 263 DATED OCTOBER 17, 1947
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Considering the current situation
Pursuant to the resolution of the Government Council on September 13, 1947,
ISSUES THE DECREE:
Article 1
Appoints Mr. Phạm Văn Đồng as Special Envoy of the Government in South Vietnam.
Article 2
The Secretary of the Chairman's Office shall implement this decree accordingly.
