Article 1. The Earthquake Notification and Tsunami Warning Regulation is hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette. The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment is responsible for directing, guiding, and supervising the implementation of the Earthquake Notification and Tsunami Warning Regulation issued together with this Decision.
Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, Chairman of the Central Steering Committee for Flood and Storm Control, Chairman of the National Committee for Search and Rescue, and Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
