NUMBER 264 DATED OCTOBER 27, 1947
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Considering the current situation
Pursuant to the resolution of the Government Council on September 13, 1947,
ISSUES THE DECREE:
Article 1
Appoints Mr. Hoang Van Hoan as Special Representative of the Government in Zone 4.
Article 2
The Anti-French Resistance Committee of Zone 4 and the Secretary of the President's Office shall implement this decree.
