THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decision No. 36/2006/QD-BNN dated May 15, 2006 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on the issuance of the Scientific and Technological Project Management Regulation;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science and Technology,
Approves the List, Objectives, and Expected Results of Scientific and Technological Projects for the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in 2008" (Annex attached)
DECISION:
Article 1. The Department of Science and Technology shall organize and guide research institutions to participate in selecting and implementing projects in accordance with state regulations on science management and finance
Article 2. The Heads of the Office, Directors of the Department of Science and Technology, Leading Agencies, Principal Investigators of the projects, and Heads of relevant units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office, Directors of the Science and Technology Department, the leading agency, heads of the research projects, and heads of relevant units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
