for enforcement officers and civil servants engaged in enforcement work

THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE
Pursuant to Decree No. 62/2003/ND-CP dated June 6, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Justice;
Pursuant to Decree No. 50/2005/ND-CP dated April 11, 2005 of the Government on the management agency for civil enforcement, civil enforcement agencies, and civil servants engaged in civil enforcement work;
Pursuant to Decision No. 1265/2005/QD-BTP dated June 16, 2005 of the Minister of Justice promulgating the Regulation on the samples, colors, principles of use of uniforms, badges of enforcement officers, other civil servants of local civil enforcement agencies, Civil Enforcement Department under the Ministry of Justice, the sample card, issuance, replacement, and recovery of the Enforcement Officer Card;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Civil Enforcement Department,
DECISION:

Article 1. Approves the sample of Enforcement Officer Card and Badge for enforcement officers and civil servants engaged in enforcement work attached to this Decision.

Article 2. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Civil Enforcement Department, Heads of units under the Ministry of Justice, Directors of Departments of Justice, Heads of local civil enforcement agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
