DECISION
Regarding the revocation of the decision recognizing Hai Ba Trung Street in Bac Ninh City, Bac Ninh Province as a customs procedure location

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Customs Law dated June 29, 2011 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Customs Law dated June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to Decree No. 118/2008/NĐ-CP dated November 27, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to Decree No. 154/2005/NĐ-CP dated December 15, 2005 of the Government and Circular No. 194/2010/TT-BTC dated December 6, 2010 of the Ministry of Finance;
Considering the proposal of Ocean Joint Stock Company;
Considering the proposal of the General Director of the General Department of Customs,
DECISION
Article 1. Revoke Decision No. 2262/QD-BTC dated July 23, 2003 of the Minister of Finance recognizing Hai Ba Trung Street in Bac Ninh City (formerly Bac Ninh Town), Bac Ninh Province as a customs procedure location outside a border gate.
Article 2. Within thirty days from the date this Decision is signed, the General Director of Ocean Joint Stock Company shall be responsible for settling all remaining export and import goods at the location and reconciling with the Hanoi Customs Department.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect on the date it is signed.
Article 4. The General Director of the General Department of Customs, the Head of the Ministry of Finance’s Office, and the General Director of Ocean Joint Stock Company are responsible for implementing this Decision.
