Pursuant to Decree No. 54/2003/ND-CP dated May 19, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and Decree No. 28/2004/ND-CP dated January 16, 2004 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 54/2003/ND-CP;

Pursuant to Decision No. 444/QD-TTg dated May 26, 2005 of the Prime Minister approving the Implementation Plan for the Agreement on Technical Barriers to Trade;

Based on the decisions appointing representatives from relevant ministries to participate in the Inter-Ministerial Committee on Technical Barriers to Trade;

At the proposal of the Director General of the Standardization, Measurement, and Quality Control General Department and the Director of the Organization and Cadre Affairs Department;

DECISION:

Article 1. The list of members of the Inter-Ministerial Committee on Technical Barriers to Trade (hereinafter referred to as the TBT Committee) includes the gentlemen/ladies named in the appendix attached to this Decision.

Article 2. The TBT Committee operates according to its functions as prescribed in Decision No. 444/QD-TTg dated May 26, 2005 of the Prime Minister and the Charter of the Inter-Ministerial Committee on Technical Barriers to Trade issued by the Minister of Science and Technology.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.

Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Organization and Cadre Affairs Department, the Director General of the Standardization, Measurement, and Quality Control General Department, the members of the TBT Committee, and other related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
