PRESIDENTIAL DECREE 268B/SL
HANOI, JULY 9, 1956
THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 254-SL dated November 19, 1948 establishing the organization of local people's administration;
At the proposal of the Minister of Interior Affairs,
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-ORDER:
Article 1- The President hereby appoints Mr. Ho Dac Diem as a member of the Hanoi Administrative Committee.
Article 2- The Minister of Interior Affairs is responsible for implementing this Decree-Law.
