Pursuant to the Law on Information Technology dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 64/2007/NĐ-CP dated April 10, 2007 of the Government on the application of information technology in state agency activities;
Pursuant to Decree No. 118/2008/NĐ-CP dated November 27, 2008, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 52/1999/NĐ-CP dated July 8, 1999 on the issuance of the regulation on management of investment and construction;
Pursuant to Decree No. 102/2009/NĐ-CP dated November 6, 2009 of the Government on Management of Investment in Information Technology Applications Using State Budget Funds;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Informatics and Financial Statistics, the Director of the Department of Planning and Finance,
DECISION:
Article 1The accompanying this Decision is the Regulation on Management of Investment in Information Technology Application at administrative agencies and units under the Ministry of Finance.
Article 2This Decision takes effect from the date of signing. The Director of the Department of Informatics and Financial Statistics, the Director of the Department of Planning and Finance, the Head of the Ministry's Office, the Heads of administrative agencies and units under the Ministry of Finance, organizations and individuals concerned shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
