DECREE
Regarding the establishment of town centers for the districts of Tram Ta and Mu Cang Chai, Yen Bai province
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Yen Bai province and the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadre Department of the Government,
DECREE:
Article 1. Now establish town centers for the districts of Tram Ta and Mu Cang Chai, Yen Bai province as follows:
1. Establish the town center of Tram Ta - the district town center of Tram Ta district based on 372.5 hectares of natural area and 2,863 population of Hat Luu commune.
The administrative boundary of the town center of Tram Ta: East borders Hat Luu commune; West borders Ban Cong commune; South borders Hat Luu commune; North borders Hat Luu commune.
After adjusting the administrative boundaries, Hat Luu commune has 1,461.7 hectares of natural area and 2,580 population.
2. Establish the town center of Mu Cang Chai - the district town center of Mu Cang Chai district based on 407 hectares of natural area and 1,132 population of Mo De commune; 335 hectares of natural area and 905 population of Kim Noi commune.
The town center of Mu Cang Chai has 742 hectares of natural area and 2,037 population.
The administrative boundary of the town center of Mu Cang Chai: East borders Mo De commune; West borders Kim Noi commune; South borders Che Cu Nha and Kim Noi communes; North borders Mo De commune.
After the adjustment of administrative boundaries:
Mo De commune has 6,505 hectares of natural area and 2,438 people.
Kim Noi commune has 3,261 hectares of natural area and 1,064 population.
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Ca Mau province, the Minister, Head of the Civil Service Department of the Government, and the Heads of related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decree.
Article 3. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Yen Bai province, the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadre Department of the Government, and the Heads of related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decree.
