THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY

Pursuant to Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;

Pursuant to Decree No. 50/CP dated August 28, 1996 of the Government on the establishment, restructuring, dissolution, and bankruptcy of state-owned enterprises;

Pursuant to Decision No. 67/2001/QĐ-TTg dated April 27, 2001 of the Government Chairman on the merger of Vietnam Mechanical Energy and Mining Corporation into Vietnam Coal Corporation;

At the proposal of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Coal Corporation (Petition No. 1123/TT-HĐQT dated May 15, 2001) and the Director of the Personnel and Organization Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. The Material Transport and Construction Materials Company, an independent accounting unit under the Vietnam Mechanical Energy and Mining Corporation, shall be merged into the Material Transport and Loading and Unloading Company, an independent accounting unit under the Vietnam Coal Corporation.

Article 2. The General Director of the Vietnam Coal Corporation is responsible for organizing the merger in accordance with current regulations of the State and instructing the Material Transport and Loading and Unloading Company to supplement its functions, tasks, and other provisions in its Charter to align with the Charter of the Vietnam Coal Corporation.

Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature. All previous documents that conflict with this Decision are hereby abolished.

The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General, the Heads of Departments, the Directors of Bureaus, the Chairman of the Board of Management, the General Director of the Vietnam Coal Corporation, the Directors of the Material Transport and Construction Materials Company, and the Material Transport and Loading and Unloading Company are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
