DECISION
Regarding the approval of the list of Research Topics for the first round of selection under the National Key Science and Technology Program for the 2001-2005 period: "Research on New Materials Science and Technology"
MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT
BASED ON DECREE NO. 22/CP dated MAY 22, 1993 of THE GOVERNMENT on the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science and Technology and Environment;
Pursuant to Decision No. 82/2001/QĐ-TTg dated May 24, 2001 of the Prime Minister approving the orientation, goals, tasks of major science and technology and the list of National Key Science and Technology Programs for the 2001-2005 period;
Pursuant to Decision No. 17/2001/QĐ-BKHCNMT approving the main objectives and contents of the National Key Science and Technology Program for the 2001-2005 period: "Research on New Materials Science and Technology"
Considering the proposals of the Heads of the Department of Industrial Science and Technology Management, the Heads of the Planning Department,
Pursuant to …;
Article 1: Approve the list of Research Topics for the first round of selection under the National Key Science and Technology Program for the 2001-2005 period: "Research on New Materials Science and Technology”Code: KC.02 (Annex attached).
Article 2: The Heads of the Department of Industrial Science and Technology Management, the Heads of the Planning Department, the Director of the Ministry's Office, and the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Environment shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
