THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to Decree No. 55/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Considering the proposal of Vietnam Textile and Garment Corporation (Petition No. 165/TTr-CPH dated May 26, 2005);
At the proposal of the Enterprise Reform and Development Board and the Director of the Personnel and Organization Department,

Article 1. Amending Clause 1 of Article 1 of Decision No. 137/2004/QĐ-BCN dated November 22, 2004 of the Minister of Industry on the conversion of Dong Nam Textile Company into Dong Nam Textile Joint Stock Company as follows:
"1. Registered capital structure:
The registered capital of the joint stock company is 48,000,000,000 VND (Forty-eight billion VND). Of which:
- State shareholding ratio: 66.12%;
- Shareholding ratio sold to employees within the company: 27.24%;
- Shareholding ratio sold outside the company: 6.64%.
The value of one share: 10,000 VND."
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, Heads of Departments, Directors of Bureaus under the Ministry, Chairman of the Board of Directors, General Director of Vietnam Textile and Garment Corporation, General Director of Dong Nam Textile Company, and Chairman of the Board of Directors, General Director of Dong Nam Textile Joint Stock Company are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
