Regarding the list of Top Secret state secrets in the Construction sector

PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to the Ordinance on Protection of State Secrets dated December 28, 2000;

Pursuant to Decree No. 33/2002/NĐ-CP dated March 28, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Ordinance on Protecting State Secrets;

Upon the proposal of the Minister of Construction and the Minister of Public Security,

DECISION:

Article 1. The list of Top Secret state secrets in the Construction sector includes the following contents:

1. Documents containing information about investment in constructing important national works in the defense and security sectors; important border defense works, maritime and island areas that have not been announced or will not be announced.

2. Inventions, useful solutions, new technological secrets in the construction sector that are particularly important for national defense and security, which have not been announced or will not be announced.

3. Plans for importing and exporting construction products, special building materials related to national defense and security that have not been announced or will not be announced.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall replace Decision No. 186/TTg dated April 20, 1994 of the Prime Minister on the List of State Secrets in the Construction sector.

Article 3. The Minister of Construction and the Minister of Public Security are responsible for supervising the implementation of this Decision.

Article 4. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
