Pursuant to Decree No. 54/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 19, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and Decree No. 28/2004/NĐ-CP dated January 16, 2004 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 54/2003/NĐ-CP;

Pursuant to Decree No. 99/2003/NĐ-CP dated August 28, 2003 of the Government promulgating the Regulations on High-Tech Zones;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the High-Tech Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. The "Regulation on criteria for determining high-tech product production projects" is hereby issued together with this Decision.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. The Director of the High-Tech Department, the Director of the Hoa Lac High-Tech Park Management Board, the Director of the Ho Chi Minh City High-Tech Park Management Board, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
