BASED ON DECREE NO. 06/2006/NĐ-CP OF JANUARY 9, 2006 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING FOR THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE COMPETITION ADMINISTRATION CIRCULAR;
PURSUANT TO THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE COMPETITION ADMINISTRATION CIRCULAR AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT,

Article 2. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION IS THE REGULATION ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, AND POWERS OF UNITS UNDER THE COMPETITION ADMINISTRATION CIRCULAR.
Article 3. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
Article 4. THE DIRECTOR OF THE COMPETITION ADMINISTRATION CIRCULAR, THE DIRECTOR OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT, AND THE HEADS OF UNITS UNDER THE COMPETITION ADMINISTRATION CIRCULAR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION.
