and technical means, equipment of the Fisheries Inspectorate

Pursuant to the Inspection Law dated June 15, 2004;
Pursuant to Decree No. 43/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 2, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Aquatic Resources;
Pursuant to Decree No. 107/2005/NĐ-CP dated August 17, 2005 of the Government on the organization and operation of the Aquatic Resources Inspection;
Pursuant to the opinion expressed in Document No. 2488/TTCP - PC dated December 15, 2006 of the General Inspector.
At the proposal of the Inspector General of the Ministry,
DECISION:
Article 1. Issued together with this Decision "provisional regulations on uniforms, badges, signs, rank badges, flags, and technical equipment of the Aquatic Resources Inspection".
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall supersede Decision No. 749/TS-QĐ dated November 9, 1994 of the Minister of Aquatic Resources on the issuance of regulations concerning flags, badges, rank badges, and uniforms of the Aquatic Resources Protection Inspection.
Article 3. The Heads of the Inspection, the Office Director, Heads of Departments and Bureaus under the Ministry, units affiliated with the Ministry, Directors of Provincial Fisheries Services or Departments responsible for assisting provincial People's Committees in managing aquatic resources affairs are responsible for implementing this Decision.
