Regarding the publication of the list and HS codes for asbestos materials belonging to the amphibole group prohibited from importation as stipulated in Decree No. 12/2006/NĐ-CP dated January 23, 2006 of the Government Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction; Pursuant to Decree No. 12/2006/NĐ-CP dated January 23, 2006 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Law on Trade regarding international trade activities and related agency, purchase, sale, processing, and transit activities with foreign countries;

THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION

The list and HS codes for asbestos materials belonging to the amphibole group prohibited from importation as stipulated in Decree No. 12/2006/NĐ-CP dated January 23, 2006 of the Government are hereby published together with this Decision.

Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, provincial People's Committees, municipal People's Committees under central jurisdiction, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.

1. State management agencies for construction materials.

DECISION:

Article 1. - Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Ministers;

Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
