Issuing the Statutes on the Organization and Operation of the Institute of Mechanical Research -organization

THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to Decree No. 55/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decree No. 115/2005/NĐ-CP dated September 5, 2005 of the Government stipulating the self-governance mechanism, bearing responsibility for its own operations of public scientific and technological organizations;
Pursuant to Circular Joint No. 12/2006/TTLT-BKHCN-BTC-BNV dated June 5, 2006 of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Finance, and the Ministry of Home Affairs guiding the implementation of Decree No. 115/2005/NĐ-CP dated September 5, 2005 of the Government stipulating the self-governance mechanism, bearing responsibility for its own operations of public scientific and technological organizations;
Pursuant to Decision No. 3642/QĐ-BCN dated December 15, 2006 of the Minister of Industry approving the Project to transform the Institute of Mechanical Research into a scientific and technological organization implementing the self-governance mechanism, bearing responsibility for its own operations as prescribed in Decree No. 115/2005/NĐ-CP;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Institute of Mechanical Research at Report No. 382/TTr-NCCK dated October 13, 2006;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Organization and Cadres.
DECISION:
Article 1. Attached to this Decision are the Statutes on the Organization and Operation of the Institute of Mechanical Research - a scientific and technological organization implementing the self-governance mechanism, bearing responsibility for its own operations, operating under the institute model with affiliated units.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect 15 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Heads of Departments, Directors of Bureaus, Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry, and the Director of the Institute of Mechanical Research are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
