Pursuant to the Vocational Training Law dated November 29, 2006;
WHEREAS Decree No. 29/2003/NĐ-CP dated March 31, 2003 of the Government stipulates the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs;
WHEREAS Decree No. 116/2007/NĐ-CP dated July 10, 2007 of the Government on National Defense and Security Education;
WHEREAS Decision No. 01/2007/QĐ-BLĐTBXH dated January 4, 2007 of the Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs on Issuing the Framework Curriculum for Vocational College Level and Higher Vocational College Level;
At the proposal of the Director General of the Vocational Training Administration,
DECISION:
Article 1. THIS DECISION ATTACHES THE CURRICULUM OF NATIONAL DEFENSE AND SECURITY EDUCATION SUBJECT FOR VOCATIONAL COLLEGES AND VOCATIONAL COLLEGES AND FOR VOCATIONAL TRAINING CLASSES AT THE VOCATIONAL COLLEGE LEVEL AND HIGHER VOCATIONAL COLLEGE LEVEL.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE AND SHALL REPLACE Decision No. 635/2000/QĐ-BLĐTBXH dated July 3, 2000 of the Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs on Issuing the Curriculum of National Defense Education Subject for Long-term Vocational Training Schools and Classes. ALL PREVIOUS PROVISIONS CONTRARY TO THIS DECISION ARE ABROGATED.
Article 3. THE DIRECTORS OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE, DIRECTORS OF THE GENERAL VOCATIONAL TRAINING AGENCIES, DIRECTORS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ORGANIZATION AND STAFF, PRINCIPALS OF VOCATIONAL COLLEGES, PRINCIPALS OF VOCATIONAL COLLEGES, HEADS OF RELATED ORGANIZATIONS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION.
